In addition to running her successful consulting practice, Shonali is a sought-after trainer and speaker, and was featured at TEDxAdamsMorganWomen in December 2012. Shonali is also Adjunct Faculty at Johns Hopkins University, teaching a course on “not-for-profits in the digital age” for its M.A. in Communication program. She blogs at Waxing UnLyrical.
Serving in a leadership capacity at Merritt Group for more than a decade, Jayson Schkloven started the Reston, VA agency’s marketing and digital services division. Jayson oversees digital and creative services at Merritt to a number of clients including Booz Allen Hamilton, Microsoft, Teradata, and Unisys. Previously, Jayson was a public relations specialist for Gilden Integrated, an integrated marketing communications agency in Baltimore, MD. For the last 15 years, Jayson has provided a unique blend of marketing strategy, digital and social media, and public relations services to companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Global 500 organizations.
Vinnie Schoenfelder is a CapTech Principal with 18 years of industry experience and more than 15 years working on Portal, Content Management, and Collaboration systems. He is an expert on Web 2.0 and mobile technologies, and currently oversees CapTech’s project management, strategic visioning, enterprise architecture, and solution modeling efforts. In addition to this work, Vinnie is a frequent speaker at Fortune 500 companies and technology conferences across North America. He is a graduate and volunteer for Leadership Metro Richmond, and an active member of VCU’s Industrial Advisory Board.
Adam Stiska is the Director of Mobile and Digital Strategies at Goodwill Industries International where his responsibilities include digital strategy across web, social media, email and mobile as well as analytics, online giving and constituent relations. Before joining Goodwill, Adam worked at Lockheed Martin and the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS) at Georgetown University. He has degrees from the University of Cambridge, Georgetown University and Allegheny College.
