On Wednesday, June 20, our team conducted an on-site radio media tour with participants in the Children’s Hospital Association’s Speak Now for Kids Family Advocacy Day. It was such an incredible experience to meet the parents and their All-Star children as they shared their amazing stories. The 36 child patients and their families went on after the 1017624_10151470878436398_1161488053_ninterviews to convene on Capitol Hill to deliver an important message to their members of Congress: at a time when access to care is improving for millions of adults, don’t forget the kids.

Bryce Williams and his Mom Michelle and Dad Shane were interviewed on Florida Radio Network to talk about why Medicaid is so important to medically complex kids like him at the Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
