Each year, we send out a survey to clients to ask for feedback on whether or not we are meeting your needs and providing excellent customer service. For example, it is important for us to know if we are explaining our services to you before the project starts, if we are accessible to you and returning phone calls and emails promptly during the project, and if you feel the quality, value and results of the project meet your expectations.
A few weeks ago, we sent out the survey to many of our clients and we are pleased to report that we have very happy clients! One-hundred percent of those surveyed said they would use our services in the future and that they would recommend our services to a colleague or someone else in the industry. Nearly everyone surveyed said that the project results were in the good to excellent range.
